Paul's Salmon en Croute
Fresh salmon fillet, paired with mushy peas and wrapped in hand made short crust butter pastry, Paul's Salmon en Croute makes for a stunning centrepiece at any dinner party. Frozen.
Serves 2 generously or 3 with sides
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Eggwash with beaten whole egg and bake at 180˚C for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
