Apple & Pear Tarte Tatin
Perfectly cooked apples and pear with perfect caramel. Bake at home for a really impressive and delicious dessert.
Remove lid and bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes. Leave to sit for 2 minutes before turning out - caramel will be HOT!
