Inspired by some of SA's best pork, Paul's taken the spicy, spreadable, Calabrian salami from Boston Bay Smallgoods and created the ultimate flavour bomb - 'Nduja-filled tortellini!

This is a frozen product that can be cooked from frozen.


Egg pasta (semolina flour, wheat flour, eggs, beetroot, salt), pork, tomato, onion, carrot, celery, fennel seeds, paprika, chilli, thyme, canola oil, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, parmesan, nitrites.

Cooking Instructions

Place frozen tortellini into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.

  • In spicy tomato soup with basil oil
