Turmeric Yoghurt Marinated Cauliflower Head
Let cauliflower steal the show! Roast this spicy yoghurt-slathered cauliflower head whole for an incredible looking (and tasting!) centrepiece to the table.
Keep chilled below 4˚C.
Please note, this product is raw and should be fully cooked before consumption. Preheat oven or barbecue with the lid closed to 160˚C. Place on a baking tray and roast for 60 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes and check cauliflower is cooked through by piercing with the tip of a knife before serving.
