Receiving your order

All SA Regional, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Canberra Region orders are automatically packed into insulated lined cardboard box with frozen gel packs.

For Adelaide Metro orders, you're are able to add on a chiller box if you won't be home to receive your order. On delivery, your order will be perfectly cool for several hours until you're able to unpack everything into the fridge or freezer.

Delivery information will be confirmed by SMS and/or email on the day and provide you with a link to track it for more of an accurate time of arrival.

We're on a mission for all Chefs on Wheels packaging to be sustainable, 100% recyclable or even better, fully compostable! Here's a current list of how to dispose of any packaging from your order -

Cardboard Box - reuse or recycle

Thermal Insulated Bags - reuse or recycle, 100% recyclable via soft plastics

Ice Packs - reuse or open and place gel contents into the garden, recycle plastic bag

Green Plastic Trays & Plastic Seal - made from 85% post consumer material and 100% recyclable

Black Plastic Trays & Plastic Seal - 100% recyclable

Brown Loaf Tins & Pie Rounds - compostable or recyclable

Cellophane Bags - compostable
