Our pasties are made with 24 hour slow braised Mayura Station Wagyu brisket, and root vegetables, wrapped in our own all-butter short crust pastry.

Bake from frozen for 20 - 30 minutes at 180°C or till golden brown.
Keep frozen at or below -10°C.
