Beetroot & Gorgonzola Raviolo
We've created a stunning raviolo, filled with creamy Gorgonzola blue cheese, encased in a gorgeous pink beetroot pasta dough.
This is a frozen product that can be cooked from frozen.
Egg pasta (semolina flour, wheat flour, eggs, beetroot, salt), gorgonzola, ricotta, bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, salt, cinnamon, white pepper.
Place frozen raviolo into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.
