The elusive Carbonara is now ready in minutes - the addition of egg yolk at home makes this one of the silkiest and delicious versions of carbonara you'll ever eat. Serve with spaghetti or linguine. Season heavily with fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Cream, mushrooms, bacon, parmesan, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, parsley, salt, white pepper.
Add heated sauce to cooked pasta and stir. Combine 4 beaten egg yolks and 150g parmesan cheese and vigorously stir through pasta. Season with salt & pepper and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
