Chicken, Sage & Thyme Tortellini
Like a little parcel of roast chicken, wrapped in our own delicate semolina and whole egg pasta dough. Perfect for tortellini carbonara, in brodo, or simply dressed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and grated parmesan.

Place frozen tortellini into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.
