This bundle is everything you need (well, not quite everything ...  a stunning bottle of Riesling would make it perfect!) for a cosy weekend at home this weekend.

1 x Harissa Beef Kofta & Eggplant Tagine (Serves 4)
2 x Spiced Couscous w/ Almonds & Raisins
1 x Turkish Bread
1 x Whole Orange Cake w/ Pistachios

Ingredients

Beef Kofta Tagine: Tomatoes [citric acid], eggplant, beef, durum wheat semolina, water, onion, carrot, olive oil, ginger & garlic paste [canola oil, salt, vinegar], spices, salt, lemon juice, brown sugar, parsley, coriander, chilli, salt, pepper.

Spiced Couscous: Couscous [durum wheat semolina], raisins, almonds, olive oil, parsley, coriander, salt, spices.

Turkish Bread: Wheat flour, salt, nigella seeds, yeast.

Orange Cake: Orange, eggs, almond meal, sugar, baking powder, pistachios.
