Free Range Kimchi Butter Chicken
We've replaced classic Indian spices with the zing of mild, well-balanced kimchi and it's seriously good! Finished with roast pumpkin and grilled wombok, it makes for the perfect dinner on a hot summer's night. Serve with short grain rice, pickled cucumbers and a cold glass of Korean Kloud beer!
