Kangaroo Ragu Sauce
Kangaroo is super lean, high in protein and iron - it actually contains double the amount of iron than beef and triple that of chicken. Serve with - spaghetti, rigatoni, tortiglioni or orecchiette. Garnish with freshly sliced red chilli, olive oil and sea salt flakes.
Frozen. Serves 4.
