Maple, Orange & Clove Ham Glaze

Baste your ham in delicious maple, orange and clove glaze until golden brown and serve at room temperature.


How to Use

Skin and score ham. Heat glaze in a saucepan. Glaze ham and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 160°C and glaze every 20 minutes for one hour or until all glaze is used.
