Whole Orange Cake w/ Pistachios
This stunning cake is made from whole oranges boiled and blitzed with almond meal producing a delicious zesty treat based on a recipe from the iconic British chef Claudia Roden. Perfectly paired with a side of cream or yoghurt - and it's gluten free too!
Ingredients & Allergen
Eggs, orange, sugar, almonds, pistachios, baking powder.

This product has been made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, crustacea, fish, milk, mollusc, peanut, sesame, soy, wheat.
Remove from plastic and defrost fully. Bake at 170ºC for 15 - 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Chill and serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
