Egg pasta (semolina flour, wheat flour, eggs, salt), buffalo curd, ricotta, warrigal greens, bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, salt, white pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Place frozen ravioli into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions

  • Crumbled ricotta, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs
  • Light cream sauce with blue swimmer crab and sauteed shallots
