Paul's Pasta Project Woodside Goat's Curd & Beetroot Raviolo
Paul has teamed up with Woodside Cheese Wrights to create a stunning raviolo, filled with their creamy goat curd and encased in a gorgeous pink beetroot pasta dough.
This is a frozen product that can be cooked from frozen.
Egg pasta (semolina flour, wheat flour, eggs, beetroot, salt), goat's curd, ricotta, bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, salt, cinnamon, white pepper.

Place frozen raviolo into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.
- Sage and burnt butter sauce, freshly grated parmesan
- Extra virgin olive oil, lightly fried sliced garlic and fresh herbs
- Roasted pine nuts, golden raisins, extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest
