Paul has teamed up with Woodside Cheese Wrights to create a stunning raviolo, filled with their creamy goat curd and encased in a gorgeous pink beetroot pasta dough.

This is a frozen product that can be cooked from frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Place frozen raviolo into rapidly boiling salted water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions

  • Sage and burnt butter sauce, freshly grated parmesan
  • Extra virgin olive oil, lightly fried sliced garlic and fresh herbs
  • Roasted pine nuts, golden raisins, extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest
