Zucchini & Sunflower Seed Loaf w/ Pepitas
Ready-to-bake zucchini loaf. Store in the freezer, and then bake from frozen any time for a fresh, delicious cake loaf!
wheat flour, sugar, zucchini, sunflower seeds, vegetable oil, eggs, milk powder, wheat germ, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder.
Remove from plastic and bake from frozen at 170˚C for 30 - 40 minutes or till a knife comes out clean. Serve slices warm or cold, spread with butter.
