Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within most of the Adelaide metropolitan area -- see our list of suburbs here. Unfortunately we cannot arrange delivery outside this area as we need to make sure our drivers reach everyone who has ordered!

What days do you deliver?
Delivery days are currently Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week, including public holidays.

Why can I not select the day I want for delivery?
At this stage we have a limited capacity for delivery, and so if a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday is not available for selection it means all of our delivery slots have been filled. Click & Collect will still be available each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

When is the order cut-off for orders for the week?
Orders close at midnight the previous Saturday for the week's orders.

I've missed the cut-off for the week, can I still place an order and Click & Collect?
The chefs receive their orders each Sunday and prepare all meals fresh for the week. Unfortunately this means that once orders close, we are unable to add or change the orders for the week, even for collection.

I've selected Click & Collect, but now I need my order delivered. Can I change this?
Please email help@chefsonwheels.com.au and if we have spare delivery capacity for the day we will do our best to accommodate you. An additional charge of $15 for delivery may apply.

What is the address for Click & Collect pick ups?
89 Lewis Road, Glynde SA 5070. Click & Collect is open from 9am to 5pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

I've missed my Click & Collect day, can I come in the next day?
Yes, please do -- we don't want your food going to waste! Please email help@chefsonwheels.com.au and let us know when you can make it past to collect.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, the standard delivery fee for Adelaide metropolitan delivery is $15. For orders over $150, delivery is free!

Do you sell gift cards?
We sure do! Please visit Gift Cards to purchase one.

What are the ingredients in *dish*? Is *dish* gluten free/dairy free/vegan etc?
We endeavour to keep the site updated with all relevant ingredients, dietaries and allergens, but with constantly changing menus it can take time to update each dish. Please email help@chefsonwheels.com.au with any specific questions regarding a dish's ingredients.

Can I request changes to be made to a dish?
As the chefs prepare their dishes to go to many diners at once, unfortunately they cannot accommodate individual requests.
