Beef Rendang Curry
This is the FRESH version of this dish and can be ordered for next week delivery or collection.
Slow-braised beef, cooked together with a spice paste and coconut milk until tender, then fried together with the remaining braising liquid until it all caramelises around the beef, coating it with an insane amount of flavour!
400g: Serves 1 generously
2kg: Serves 4 generously
Stretch to feed more by serving with steamed basmati rice, steamed bok choy and our Wholemeal Roti
Tray and film are oven and microwave safe.
400g: Peel corner of film and bake at 180˚C for 8-10 minutes or microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until 75˚C.
2kg: Peel corner of film and bake at 180˚C for 10-15 minutes or microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until 75˚C.
Keep refrigerated at or below 4˚C. Suitable for freezing.
