Gravlax salmon has been an Christmas family favourite for many years! Slice thinly and serve with blinis, toasted bread for the perfect canapé or starter to any festive event.
Serves three to four for an entree, or makes at least 20 canapés.

Thaw overnight in refrigerator and serve thinly sliced.
