Egg Fried Rice

Perfectly cooked egg fried rice with sweetcorn & spring onion. 

Serves two with curry or a stir fry.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost fully. Tray and film are oven and microwave safe. Peel corner of film and heat in oven or microwave in high for 3 - 5 minutes or microwave from frozen for 4 - 6 minutes or until 75°C.

Rice, soy sauce (soybeans), onion, sweetcorn, peas, eggs, ginger, garlic, spring onion, sweet chilli sauce [sugar, red chilli, spices], chicken stock [iodised salt, sugar, corn starch, chicken fat, onion powder, yeast extract, chicken powder, turmeric], oyster sauce (sugar, oyster, salt, yeast extract, vinegar), salt, pepper.
