Prosciutto & Sage Rolled Boneless Chicken
This is next level roast chicken! We've taken a large whole chicken, removed most of the bones, stuffed it with prosciutto and sage and rolled it up ready for roasting ... it's the perfect way to cook Easter chicken at home!
Serves 4 - 5 with sides.

Please note, this product is raw and should be fully cooked before consumption. Defrost fully before cooking. Preheat oven to 200°C and bring chicken to room temperature. Fry in oil until golden brown, transfer to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven when internal temperature reaches 65°C and rest for 10 minutes before carving.
