Pulled Wagyu Beef & Chipotle Chilli
Take Mexican night to the next level with our slow-braised wagyu beef, chipotle chilli! We've kept the spice mild to make it family-friendly but delicious for everyone.
Here are our four favourite ways to enjoy this amazing chilli:
- serve with steamed rice, avocado and tortilla chips
- stuff capsicums, sprinkle with cheese and bake
- fill a baked potato or sweet potato
- for breakfast with avo, tortilla chips and a sunny-side-up egg
Add sour cream, salsa, fresh coriander, lime wedges and hot sauce to your liking!

2kg: Serves 4 generously
Tray and film are oven and microwave safe.
400g: Peel corner of film and bake at 180˚C for 8-10 minutes or microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until 75˚C.
2kg: Peel corner of film and bake at 180˚C for 10-15 minutes or microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until 75˚C.
Keep refrigerated at or below 4˚C. Suitable for freezing.
