PRE-ORDER Spinach & Ricotta Galette w/ Roasted Balsamic Onions

Our Spinach & Ricotta Galette is made from rustic, golden pastry filled with creamy ricotta, and garlic-sautéed spinach, topped with sweet, slow-roasted balsamic onions. Serve warm with a crisp green salad and a drizzle of extra balsamic for a simple but elegant entree or accompaniment to your Easter feast.

Serves 6.

Cooking Instructions

Remove from freezer and defrost fully. Bake at 190ºC for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
