This baked dark chocolate and sour cherry cheesecake is the easiest and most delicious festive dessert going around!

Serve with fresh cream and more cherries if desired. Frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Bake from frozen at 180ºC for 1 hours and 10 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight. Remove parchment paper before serving.
