PRE-ORDER Pomegranate & Orange Lamb Ribs

Our Pomegranate & Orange Lamb Ribs are slow-cooked until tender, then caramelised with a sticky glaze of pomegranate molasses, fresh orange, red wine, and warm spices. 

Serve these rich, tangy, fall-off-the-bone ribs with roast vegetables and a citrusy herb salad for a festive feast.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator overnight, and simply slice, glaze and bake at 180˚C for 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint, pomegranate and yoghurt. Frozen.
