Sweetcorn & Halloumi Fritters

This Australian brunch staple is now ready-to-go at a moment's notice at home! Simply pan fry to order and serve with eggs, bacon, smoked salmon or smashed avo. 

Makes 6 - 8 large fritters

Cooking Instructions

Defrost fully. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add 2 heaped tablespoons of mixture per fritter and cook for 90 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
