One Dish Four Ways

Our latest addition to the menu will be sure to take 🇲🇽 Mexican night 🇲🇽  to the next level with our slow-braised wagyu beef, chipotle chilli! We've kept the spice mild to make it family-friendly but delicious for everyone.

It's great served hot with just a generous dollop of sour cream but if you need to feed a crowd or feel like stepping up your Mexican game then here's a four of our favourite ways to serve our new Pulled Wagyu Beef & Chipotle Chilli.

Chilli Bowl 🍲

Serve hot chilli over steamed white rice, sliced red onions, avocado, coriander and tortilla chips.  

Instant Stuffed Capsicums 🌶

Combine chilli and rice (great for leftover rice) in equal quantities. Generously fill halved capsicums (or zucchini, or squash, or pumpkin ...!) and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake till heated through and cheese is golden brown. 

Baked Sweet Potato 🍠

Lightly rub a sweet potato (or jacket potato) with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or till cooked through (1 hour for potato). Cut to open and fill with hot Wagyu Chilli. Fill the table with your favourite toppings and let everyone create their own spud!

Brunch Bowl 🍳

Start with a warm bowl of chilli and top with avocado, a tortilla wrap and a sunny-side-up egg.

Add lime wedges and hot sauce on each dish to your liking!
